lifestyle change

so lately i have been dieting a little. i did diet before around the same time last year lost like twenty pounds in a month, i got so excited that i kind of stopped because i thought i could control myself... clearly i cant because i gained about half that weight back...especially with being in college and being on campus all day i tend to eat things i have no business eating...so in january i made a decision to get back on regiment and do what i have to do..especially because spring break was on its way... so since january i have been going to the gym everyday. and it worked.. i did not change my eating habits i just exercised... i lost seven pounds and gained muscle tone. when i started out my goal was to tone up since spring break was around the corner and i was successful in that.. but as i gain muscle i realize my weight isnt going to move much unless i do cardio and change my eating habits so last week i decided to make the change. on sunday i went to walmart and bought slimquick (the blue and white box). i also upped my exercise routine to twice a day, morning and night for at least an hr during each regiment. i have focused more on cardio instead of toning so i have not been on the weight machines. i spend most of my time on the treadmill for about 30 min doing the speed interval and then i do the elliptical and the stairs and if i have any energy left i will do sit ups on some of the machines they have there... since sunday with the slim quick and the exercise i have lost 6.3 pounds... i am so excited... this is something important to me and im looking at this as a change of lifestyle so i will be sharing my journey with you... if there is anyone our there that are also dieting or doing a lifestlye change we can talk...lol.. well hope to hear from everyone... bye
