Greetings Friends & Family
Over the past weekend we lost a great friend, brother, son, mentor, & some of us lost apart of us that we will never regain. Akeem Boone played a major role in many people lives. If you knew Boone or associated with Boone you know that he's intellient, straight-up, realistic, simple, & most of all he was a great guy to hang around. Akeem is a true friend, if you gained his respect, he will do just about whatever he can to help you out, or advise you in the right direction. Mr. Boone will leave behind his Loving mother, brothers, sisters, his heart, motivation, & one of his best friends dottie, & lastly but not least a host of other relatives and friends. During Boone tenure at the University of West Georgia he was involved in BMWI, West Georgia Wolves Football team, and a contributing citizen to the University of West Georgia family. R.I.P. Boone aka Joose Man. Please bear with me because it's taken everything I have to write this.................

God bless you, your family and the family of Akeem. I'm so sick of all this violence in our communities.
Don't even think about letting this steal your joy though, love. I know people tend to feel guilty about smiling after someone close to them has passed on, so I just want you to know that smiling ...it's SO very much encouraged.
I wish I came during happier circumstances. I'll be checking in, alright?
